| Excellent work! Gordon. I'm about to make a trip to Elgin this summer. This extraordinary site is marvellous on its own. It has a lot of useful links to many other informative sites as well. Now that I have a much better understanding about the Moray area and the Elgin Town in particular. Unfortunately the Argo webcam is hopeless. If you can erect a live cam showing the busiest street in Elgin, it would be wonderful. Perhaps you could also add to your site by describing the Gordonstoun School where Prince Charles and the Royal family studied there before. Any stories about the Gordonstoun and its surrounding environment would be interesting though. |

| Greetings from Brisbane, Australia. I would congratulate you on a bloody good site; most interesting; one which I will certainly look in on again. I must confess the only reason I logged in was to locate just where in Bonnie Scotland Elgin is located. You see I have just left hospital; whilst there I met, briefly, one of the most likeable men I have encountered in my life (I am 73 yrs.) He is from Elgin; I was about the only other patient in the Ward who could understand his accent (or his lovely daughters) His name is Richard (Riccy) Cowan. Now I have spent the last couple of Browsing your area, I can well understand why I was so drawn to Mr. Cowan. I am generally regarded as a dour and not very friendly bloke!!!!.
